Changes and ongoing support are separate
The £15 + VAT Website Hosting package does not include:
- Regular text or content changes
- New pages
- Project or gallery updates
- Image uploads
- Design changes
- New forms or functionality
- Search optimisation campaigns
- Marketing or advertising management
- General business IT support
Any requested changes or support outside the hosting service will be quoted separately before work begins.
Fair and reasonable usage
The monthly service is priced for reasonable use by a typical small-business website. Unusually high or sustained traffic, storage, file-transfer, form-submission, email-delivery, database or processing requirements may need to be reviewed separately.
If exceptional usage creates additional platform or infrastructure costs, Cloud House IT will explain the available options before introducing an ongoing additional charge. Options may include optimisation, a revised service or migration to more suitable hosting.
